It's that time of the year! To reflect on the past year, zoom out, get some perspective and figure out where we'd like to recalibrate, refine or even completely reimagine or transform certain life choices and what matters to us going forward in the coming year(s).

Unlike previous years, I am not publishing a new Toolkit for reflection this year., Since we began 3 Big Things.Studio few months ago, entrepreneurship has been the focus, and therefore, I am being mindful about using this time in the last few days of the year to intentionally slow down and spend some quality 'me time'. And so I decided not to create a new toolkit or conduct the workshop that Liza and I did last year .

However, below is the toolkit which we had put out there last year. Keep in mind, some of it is not completely self-explanatory because Liza Mathew and I had walked everyone through the activities during the live workshop.

In addition to the above annual reflection Toolkit, you might want to also check out the 'Behavioural Design by Ritual' toolkit that we at 3 Big Things.Studio published earlier this year, conceptualised and led by Shalini Raghunathan . This toolkit could be very useful as we reflect on what we'd like to institutionalise in our lives going forward, based on the values / goals / outcomes that are most important for us in the upcoming year.
