Now, He is getting Salary more than the Person who rejected him

He was rejected for the post he applied.

He left. Now, Now He is getting Salary more than the Person who rejected him.

He is KRISHNA REDDY. He is the one who was rejected and He used the rejection as a stepping stone for his Success.

He joined in our organization in Sep 2015 with a salary of Rs. 10,000 /- per month.

He attended interview in the month of July 2015 for a post of Asst Accountant. 

Those days I use to take First and Final Round of Interviews.

Found his profile quite good and sent to the Accounts Dept for second round of interview and he got rejected. 

I called him to my cabin and told him the same. And told him that we will get back to him if there are any vacancies which are suitable for his profile. He was so polite and he told "No Problem Madam, I will try for another one"

After 2 months, when my boss told to recruit a person as his PA, I told about this person and I don't know whether he is still searching for Jobs, or he left for his home town.....

I want to give a try. so, called him. Luckily he was free and he attended the final round of interview with Chairperson of the organisation.

Chairman also convinced with his profile.

But, he is quite young and he is a fresher. This is his first job.

Chairman of the Organisation told that we should encourage and give a chance to him and see.

We thought,based on his performance, we can add few more responsibilities.

As he is totally fresher, I told him that his salary is Rs. 10,000/- per month. He agreed happily and joined the very next day.

This cute Rascal use to stand obediently when ever I go to his place.

He use to come to my cabin to take my guidance .(Now also he comes to my cabin but not to take guidance....but to guide me. Its True.)

This is his first Job and directly as a PA to Chairman. This Job is not an easy one.

He should not disclose any confidential data to anyone.

He should talk very diplomatically with all Directors.

Being a personal assistant isn't just about diary management.

Personal secretaries are like heart of the organisations.

He should interact with other managers, employees, vendors, customers, board members and visitors .

He needs to handle the people who are most likely to come when they need something. In some cases, he must deal with people who are tough in nature, or those who see him as a subordinate .

At Starting , he faced many difficult situations.

 Especially while interacting with Non Telugu People. 

(But, a communication means sending and receiving information effectively but not using high vocabulary)

Slowly he learned to handle major works, interacting with tough people, and sooo many.

Krishna proved himself more than expected.

Year 2016 , he got promotion with a very good salary hike.

He purchased a new bike.

That day I still remember. I still remember his proud face when he waited in the parking place and when he showed me his bike. I took few snaps but I lost those pictures now.

Now, he reached a position that no body has expected. He is earning salary more than , that person, who rejected for Asst Accountant post.

And to reach this position, I know how much hard work he did. How much dedicated he is towards to his profession.

I know how patiently he learned everything.

Every thing happens for Best and for a reason . Believe this statement.

If he got selected in his first attempt......he would have got a salary of Rs.10,000/- and ........by this time...................may be max Rs.XXXXX /-

But, along with salary, he might have missed the chance to develop his personality and skills.

That's why never get demotivated if something wrong happens.

This WRONG happens because Something RIGHT is waiting for YOU. Its true.

Though, he reached a very good stage now, He is very humble by nature.

He didn't changes his attitude.

Because, he knows that Talent is God given. So, he should be humble. Fame is man-given. So,he is always grateful to his boss. Conceit is self-given. So,he is always very careful.

He is a big fan of Actor Nitin.
