? Parts Inspection and Robot Pick & Place:

?The Vision Sensor CS 60 scans for objects, checks if the parts are complete, and sends their positions to a robot. The robot then picks them up and places them in the correct position. If the CS 60 can't find any more objects to locate, new parts are automatically fed into the system via a conveyor.

? Presence, Position, and Orientation Check:

The Vision Sensor CS 60 ensures that objects in a packaging unit are complete and properly oriented. If any units don’t match the expected pattern, they are sorted out before being packed into larger units.

? Assistance System for Manual Assembly:

The CS 60 vision sensors and signal lighting system (SB-RGB) work together to guide workers through the assembly process. A red light shows the steps that still need to be done. Once a step is confirmed as complete by the CS 60, the light turns green, signaling it's time to move to the next task. If the CS 60 detects an issue, it blinks red and provides instructions for correction.

The Vision Sensor CS 60 scans product barcodes before they are packed into larger units, ensuring that only products with matching barcodes are grouped.
