Dalata Hotel Group is making a significant move to strengthen its presence in the UK capital with the development of a new Clayton hotel in London's prestigious Tower 42 Estate. Known for its commitment to high-quality hospitality, the Irish hotel group is expanding in one of the world’s most competitive markets, with this latest venture adding to its growing portfolio in London. This new 154-bedroom hotel, planned for completion in the second half of 2028, is subject to planning approval but holds high ambitions, aiming to set new standards for eco-friendly hospitality in the city.
The planned hotel at Tower 42 will feature an all-electric design powered by cutting-edge heat pump technology.
