We spent much of November focusing on the impact of leadership in the new world of work – not just from the perspective of leaders themselves, but also from the employee and organizational perspective. From the world of hybrid work to how to thrive in a post-pandemic world, there was a lot of ground to cover! Luckily, we had a lot of data to look at from our international leadership study and the resulting report findings that were released mid-month.?
