Citrus Commons is a new low-rise apartment project occupying the historic 8-acre property of the former Sunkist Headquarters located next door to the Sherman Oaks Mall and situated just south of the Van Nuys Recreational Center.

Johnson Fain Architects designed the mixed-use complex, which will incorporate over 3 acres of walking paths and publicly accessible green space including a small park planned adjacent to the Los Angeles River.

The existing “Sunkist” building was Designed by AC Martin -? the name “Citrus Commons” allowed IMT to pay homage to this ?iconic building keeping up the “Sunkist” tradition with this new exciting project.
