November! @ OU Cisco ASC

It was great to meet a selection of our community of Cisco Academies and Instructors last week at the CompTIA EMEA. As I write this article, our community grows yet we are sharing our academies with other ASC's - this is the way, this is the future.

Community Resources

Time, time and time again, we are asked what resources are we able to share with our community. Everything you should need can be found in the following locations:

• Cisco provide extensive course resources via NetAcad - chances are, if you need it, it will be there
• If you are wondering how NetAcad works, Cisco provide an excellent academy orientation course covering all the basics of NetAcad course administration

What next in 2023!

The OU Cisco ASC is currently working with external collaborating Cisco Academies and Cisco themselves to create a selection of hybrid events. Hopefully we will be able to announce:

1. Sometime mid January 2023 - a UK based T-Levels event in London
2. Sometime mid to late March 2023 - a UK based national event in Manchester

We have no dates for your schedules yet!!! - However, please be patient, as we are keen to develop a roadshow and have us all meeting again.

Also, we will relaunch our regular Cisco Instructor Training for Feb2023 ... where the team of 6xITC's plus the Open University will offer CCNAv7, NetSec, CyberOps, and DevNet training. This will continue for the foreseeable future.
