Our Corporate Team advises AxFlow on the acquisition of Moody Direct
Our Corporate Team, led by Corporate Partner Danielle Austin, has advised AxFlow UK on its acquisition of Moody Direct.
AxFlow UK, part of the Axel Johnson Group with operations across 26 European countries, and a leader in the pumping systems and fluid handling industry, has successfully acquired Moody Direct. Moody Direct, based in Retford Nottinghamshire, is one of the country’s foremost suppliers of packaging solutions to the dairy, food and beverage industries and the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The acquisition of Moody Direct within the AxFlow UK group will complement AxFlow’s expertise in the industry.
