What's new at ChiroSpring? Product Enhancements
We’ve been working hard the past few months on Patient Member Responsibility (PMR) enhancements. Through those efforts, there are a few key updates that are available to you before the full PMR release! As a reminder, you can read more about the details of these enhancements in the what’s new section of the knowledge base. Here’s an overview of what’s new this month:
Front Desk Check-Out Experience - We’ve enhanced the check-out screen so you now can see all the patient's unpaid claims, select which ones to pay, auto-apply payments to claims, pay for products, apply unapplied payments, and take a payment without applying it. Remodeled Insurance Verification experience - The Insurance Verification view has been remodeled to clear the clutter and make it customizable for your practice. With separate sections for chiropractic-specific benefits, therapy-specific benefits, and a catch-all benefits section, you can quickly see what you need and disable sections that don’t apply. Fee Schedules - We have combined the Billing Plans and Network Reimbursement screens into one more sophisticated Fee Schedules screen, where you can create, edit and delete your fee schedules and manage the set of procedure codes for your clinic.?
New data columns in Claim History ledger - You can now expand the ledger for each claim to see the associated procedure codes and the details of each charge.?
