This month, we proudly announce our new partnership with BizKhmer, marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Cambodia Restaurant Association. This collaboration will enhance our services in the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sectors.

We also had a fantastic time at the Waiterthon Competition, where top waitstaff showcased their skills. Florian Bohême served as a judge, and this experience was very interesting and also funny for the participants and also the judges.

As we reflect on our journey, we are excited to share our one-year report on the Food Safety Training Program, which has made a positive impact in our community.

Looking ahead, we’re excited for the upcoming Water Festival in Cambodia. It’s a wonderful time to embrace this cultural celebration.

2 l Cambodia National Waiterthon Competition 2024

Did you catch the buzz at the Camfood Camhotel Trade Show 2024? This year’s event was absolutely remarkable for the F&B and Hospitality sector! As a consultancy firm that thrives on innovation and excellence in these industries, b. 3 l One year report of Food Safety Training Program

Reflecting on our journey since 07th September 2023, when b. Consulting and Institut Pasteur du Cambodge officially partnered to offer comprehensive Food Safety Training, we have made significant strides in addressing food safety concerns in Cambodia.

Every year, 600 million people worldwide becom

e ill from food contamination, resulting in 42,000 deaths (World Health Organization). Foodborne illness is a serious public health issue in Cambodia, and our training program is vital in tackling this challenge. At b. Consulting, we believe effective training is crucial to combat foodborne illness and ensure public health in the F&B industry.

Over the past year, our collaboration with Institut Pasteur du Cambodge has delivered successful training sessions for over 32 companies in the Food and Beverage and Hotel sectors. Participants, including restaurant staff, hotel employees, and business owners, have gained essential knowledge and skills to enhance food safety standards.?

Here’s the positive feedback we received from our participants:?

• Over 90% stated that the content was informative and well-organized.
• Over 93% praised the trainers' knowledge and experience.
• An impressive 94% reported that the training was beneficial and would gladly participate again.?

We are truly grateful for the trust we’ve earned from many clients for this one year. We are proud of the positive impact we are making, and we look forward to continuing to enhance our training programs and our efforts to promote food safety across Cambodia!
