NOVEMBER | Monthly Business Update
As we wrap up the year, it feels apt to merge the best bits of November and December into one Business Update. The celebratory feel of the festive period is certainly real, and here’s why:
??Record-breaking November sales: November 2023 marks a milestone in our journey to helping parents conveniently navigate our range of trusted, stylish and affordable products. Proving we’re doing what we set out to achieve, our sales performance in November surpassed all previous records for the month. Something the whole team should be immensely proud of! ?
??Sustainable Growth Award at Wales Fast Growth 50 Event: November saw us recognised as 1 of just 7 companies with a Sustainable Growth Award at the Wales Fast Growth 50 event. This award recognised those businesses that have shown continuous growth and have made regular appearances on the Fast Growth 50 Index.
Whilst our growth curve may not always have gone in a straight line upwards, it's great to see that our longer term growth story has been recognised in this way.
This achievement would not have been possible without the collective contributions of each team member. Hard work, innovative thinking, and commitment to our shared goals have played a pivotal role in earning this recognition.

??New Head of Finance: We said a warm welcome to Marc Harris, our new Head of Finance, in November. With over a decade of experience in finance and business strategy, Marc is a welcome addition to our Senior Leadership Team and will play a pivotal role in deploying the plans we have for the new financial year, alongside our dedicated finance team.
??Step into Christmas: Forget ‘Step into Christmas’, we took a running jump into Christmas this year with our first-ever company-wide Christmas Party at the Birmingham NEC Stargazer event. Imagine mystical characters on stilts; glittered acrobats, fairy lights and so much more! The immersive experience definitely got us all in the festive spirit but most importantly, it got our people from across the country together in one space to celebrate a year of success.
On that note, I’d like to wish not just our team but our retailers, suppliers and brand partners a very Merry Christmas.
