Vision Coach ?? Get Unstuck & Achieve Your Dreams ?? VisionJourney Method?? ?? Author
It is my mission that the people I come across on a daily basis; clients, friends, colleagues and acquaintances live their lives to the full, achieve their dreams and full potential, not only in work, but in their private lives too.
Earlier today, I was on a zoom call with a group of inspirational individuals from Well+Life+Tribe who had been brought together by Katrina Vitou .?We very sadly lost Kat a couple of months ago to cancer.?
The legacy Kat left was to stop delaying doing what you would love to do and just do it now and that is why you are receiving this newsletter today, in memory of Kat.?It has been on my list for a while!
Every month I will include different topics that have personally helped me and / or others get and keep motivated. (and a few extras that people have sent me that help them)?Enjoy!
(And if you have any tools, strategies and methods that work for you, please do share them.)
The Magic Of Learning New Things
When did you last learn something new??Learning and education has been widely documented by researchers as the single variable tied most directly to improved health and longevity.?Whenever I learn something new, it always gives me an amazing boost of confidence and motivation.
What are your painting skills like??During lockdown I overcame my fear and belief that I couldn't paint or draw and surprised myself at producing some not bad watercolour paintings.
So to that end, I challenge you to give watercolour painting a go. Highly recommend Lynette Pitzolu at The Art Class, brilliant Art Classes for Adults, Teens and Kids.

London Nootropics - Adaptogenic?Coffee Blends
If you love coffee, but don't love the coffee crash or the buzz that drinking coffee sometimes gives you, then adaptogenic coffee blends may help.
They combine functional plants, mushrooms and herbs in their coffee blends so we can enjoy them in our everyday lives.?They are non toxic and have healing properties and can combat stress and fatigue.?
They do that by counteracting the effect stress has on the body. As we feel stress, our bodies go through three stages: alarm, resistance and exhaustion. Adaptogens help us to stay in the ‘resistance’ stage for longer so we can cope better.
Adaptogens can also help with memory, focus and clarity.?
Owners Zain and Shez appeared on BBC One’s Dragons’ Den and were successful in achieving offers from two Dragons, Deborah Meaden and Sara Davies.
I have been really enjoying drinking their coffee over the last couple of months thanks to? Yvette Masure ?for introducing it to me.?I no longer get the coffee jitters and feel super focused and motivated!

The Motivation Jar
A fantastic way to get a feel good and motivational boost is to create a Motivation Jar.?
Get a old jam jar or any kind of container and every time you get a nice comment or feedback about your work, business or life, write it on a piece of paper and put it in the jar!
Additionally, every time you achieve something you are really proud of, write that on a piece of paper and put it in the jar.?Everytime you need a boost and a bit of motivation, read your notes.
The Power Of Intention - Create A Life You Love
When was the last time you thought intentionally about the future you want to create or know what that looks like???
Not enough of us take the time to really think about our health, harmony in relationships, happiness, money, stability, peace, creativity, work etc...
We all need to know where we are heading in life and why we are heading there.?And if we are not sure or are uncertain, it can make us flounder and feel uneasy.
If you need some clarity around where your next step should be in your life or business, or struggling with a particular challenge, I am offering a Free 45 minute Breakthrough Coaching session.?Email me at [email protected]
NB: I do not financially profit from any of the offers in this newsletter and are genuine recommendations.

2 年Thank you, Lara, for this shining light. I especially love the point you made about the joy of learning new things. It's so good for the body, mind and soul, isn't it? Good for the brain too, allowing neuroplasticity to do its job. ??
