November Highlights

What a November it has been in the Advance offices!

Little did we know how it would turn out, November has been not only our biggest month of 2020, but since records began for Advance.

We secured 5 new trials of which all commenced during the month, well done to our business development team and Guy our Sales Director. Our sales pipeline is looking so healthy we have some great plans moving forward into 2021 for expansion and growth.

Our employee of the month for October was announced, well done to Michael Healey who was also promoted to 'Senior Business Development Executive' during the month. 

The retention team recruited a new team member in Gary Challinor, a big welcome to him, that is 4 new starters in 3 months with another one on the way for December, Tom Watton begins his Advance journey on 1st of December.

All of our latest new starters have hit the ground running and are already producing magnificent client results, well done to Romany, Charlie S & Gary.

We received some fantastic client testimonials for new & existing long running campaigns, following one of our recent opinion polls via LinkedIn we will be releasing more and more of these over the coming months, so watch this space.

So, now we look forward to seeing the year out in the Advance offices with some festive fun for the team, we will be taking part in the usual Xmas jumper day, team dinner, secret Santa and finish off our planning for 2021 with big announcements to come around the corner.
