Stepping Towards Wellness: A Recap of the Move4Men Challenge

In our dynamic Move4Men Step Challenge, we had a fantastic turnout with a total of 28 participants. Of these, 15 participants have been actively engaged, showcasing their commitment to a healthier lifestyle. While 3 participants faced challenges and had to drop off, we appreciate their initial efforts. The others remained as observers, cheering on their colleagues. A big shout-out to everyone who participated—your enthusiasm made this challenge a success!

Empowering Health: Achieving 125 Prostate Cancer Screenings in Lagos Island

In the third week of November, we conducted a 5-day prostate cancer screening for underserved men in Lagos Island. Originally aiming for 100 screenings, our initiative screened an impressive 125 men, thanks to the active participation of our step challenge members. Your support made this success possible, and we appreciate your dedication to community well-being. Encouraged by the positive response, we extended the initiative by 4 days, aiming to screen an additional 100 men. With your continued support, we are confident in achieving a total of 150 impactful screenings. Thank you for making a meaningful difference!
