How long have you worked at RookQS?

"I've been a part of the RookQS Team for 3 great years!"

What is your favorite part about working at RookQS?

"I know this will be a controversial opinion, but I love the audits!"

How has working at RookQS allowed you to grow and improve in your career?

"At RookQS, we embrace a multi-functional approach where team members take on diverse roles and responsibilities. Collaborating on a wide range of projects across all device classes and international markets has fostered a comprehensive understanding and deep appreciation of the medical device industry."

How does your work contribute to the RQS mission and client satisfaction?

"Rook is committed to supporting medical device companies in developing and maintaining effective, right-sized quality systems. As a Quality Manager, I am able to provide insight and experience to assist companies in building and maintaining their quality systems at the right size for their companies."

Do you have a notable client project or success story that you'd like to share?

"I had a client crush a surprise FDA inspection and an ISO 13485 Certification audit within the same year!"

Are there any instances of positive client feedback that you would like to share?

"I received the following feedback from a client: 'One ISO inspector said that as a result of Rook’s work, the stage 1 audit was one of the best she’s reviewed in 10 years.'"

Outside of work, what activities or hobbies do you enjoy?

"I enjoy being a pilates princess, a die-hard Swiftie, brunch connoisseur, and the cool aunt to my niece!"
