Texas has been allocated over $5.6 billion in federal funds for a variety of infrastructure projects, announced by the Biden-Harris administration under the 2021 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. This funding, in its fourth year, will support highways, bridges, air quality programs, and electric vehicle infrastructure. The Texas Department of Transportation will manage the distribution over the next four years through its Unified Transportation Program.
