November Connections Video: Purpose and FUN bring people together

It’s November, the month when gratefulness is on our minds. It’s also the start of the season of togetherness — which looks awfully different this year.

The thing about human beings, though, is that no matter how tough things get, things always go better when we work together. I’ve seen so many examples of people pulling together to accomplish great things this year, it’s been a pleasant reminder of the power of connection and teamwork.

In my role guiding companies through large strategic initiatives, I believe it’s one of my most important responsibilities to help team members connect personally and collaborate successfully. And I’ve got a few tricks up my sleeve for making this go smoothly, helping everyone have fun in the process, and building relationships that last long after the new solution is implemented.
