How to Manage Work and Studies - Tips from the WES Apprentice Board
The WES Apprentice Board gave a fantastic session at our Student Conference this month, filled with advice on how to find a balance between work and studies while completing an apprenticeship.
Their main tips for managing work/life balance were:
●Look after your wellbeing
●Build Your Support Network
●Don’t leave things till the last minute
●Prioritise tasks
●Use to-do lists
●Speak up about your learning differences and seek out support/resources available.
Apply now for BAE Systems 2025 Women in Engineering Insight Experience
Taking place over four days in January and February 2025, this is a hybrid event of both virtual and on-site sessions at various locations across the UK.
Their insight experiences will allow those looking to get into an engineering apprenticeship a taste of what it's like to be an apprentice at BAE Systems.
There are a limited number of slots and applications close on 31st October.
