November 2024: A Recap of Prismo Metals' Exploration Progress

Dear Prismo Metals Inc. community,

Welcome to our November 2024 newsletter! This month has been a period of active engagement and communication as we continue to advance our exploration projects and share our story with investors.

In November, we had the pleasure of participating in two productive conferences: the Swiss Mining Institute conference in Zurich, attended by myself and President Steve Robertson , and the New Orleans Investment Conference, where Chief Exploration Officer Dr. Craig Gibson represented Prismo Metals. We are encouraged by the positive response from investors and the growing interest in our projects, particularly the Hot Breccia copper project and the Palos Verdes project.

At Palos Verdes, we are pleased to report the completion of the second drill hole of our ongoing first-phase drilling program. This program is strategically guided by the recommendations of the Panuco Joint Technical Committee and aims to explore the vein system to the west of the fault below the zone of bonanza grade intercepts, including 11,520 g/t AgEq over 0.5 meters, from the previous campaigns. With the second hole complete, we are now preparing to commence drilling on the third hole. We anticipate receiving the assay results from the drilling program before the end of the year and will share them with you comprehensively once they are available.

Our Hot Breccia project continues to generate significant interest due to its potential. The historical data, geophysical survey, and recent AI study all suggest the presence of a large body of sulfide mineralization at depth, which could indicate a significant copper discovery. As a reminder, the AI study identified a high-priority target measuring 1,100 meters by 1,150 meters, coinciding with historical drilling that intersected high-grade copper mineralization, including intercepts of 1.4% copper over 18 meters and 1.73% copper over 7.6 meters. We are actively advancing our plans for a 5,000-meter drilling program at Hot Breccia and are excited about the prospect of unlocking this project's potential.

Palos Verdes (silver, Sinaloa, Mexico)

• Drilling Update: The second hole of our drilling program at Palos Verdes is complete, and we are now readying the drill rig to commence the third hole. This hole will further test the Palos Verdes vein system, targeting the down-dip extension of high-grade mineralization encountered in previous drilling. See our September 24, 2024 & July 31, 2024 news releases for more details.
• Collaboration with Vizsla Silver: We continue to benefit from our strong partnership with Vizsla Silver, whose collaboration has been instrumental in enabling us to drill from their property and access deeper parts of the Palos Verdes vein system. The preparation for drilling involved extensive coordination between our teams, including aligning on safety protocols, work procedures, and environmental considerations. It took careful planning and a lot of hard work to get the drill sites ready, given the unique terrain and specific permit conditions.? We are now thrilled to be in the active drilling phase!
• Goal of the Drilling Program: The 3,000-meter drilling program at Palos Verdes aims to (1) further explore the high-grade mineralized zone in the southwestern portion of the Palos Verdes vein, (2) explore for the continuation of the vein on its northeastern extension across a cross-fault, and (3) test the northeasterly extension of the Palos Verdes vein system near the concession limit adjacent to the historical Jesusita mine. Hot Breccia (Copper Project, Arizona, USA)

• AI Study Confirms Exploration Model: Results from a recent artificial intelligence study by Exploration Technologies Inc. have confirmed our exploration model at Hot Breccia, identifying a high-priority target for a large body of sulfide mineralization. This target coincides with historical drilling and a conductive anomaly identified in our 2023 ZTEM survey.? • AI-Guided Drill Hole Selection:? Based on the exciting results of the AI study, we are currently finalizing the selection of drill hole locations for our upcoming 5,000-meter drilling program at Hot Breccia. This careful selection process integrates the? AI study with our existing geological models and the historical data we recently acquired to maximize the program's potential for discovery.? • Drilling Permit in Place: With the necessary drilling permit already secured, we are actively advancing preparations for drilling. We're excited to put our enhanced exploration model and AI-powered targeting to the test as we move closer to commencing this significant drilling campaign.
