Games Job Fair Autumn took place on November 7-8th

The Games Job Fair was again a fantastic showcase of how the gaming industry is evolving and adapting to meet the needs of both job seekers and studios during times of change. This year's event highlighted the importance of bringing people together from all over the world, with an impressive turnout of over 1600 attendees and growing studios.

Leading names like Metacore, Yousician and HypeHype joined to connect with talented individuals, making this a standout event for anyone interested in taking a next step in their career.

One of the features of the fair remains its online accessibility. Hosted on LinkedIn Live and supported by our highly active Discord community, the event allowed job seekers from various locations and backgrounds to participate without barriers.

Attendees could review job openings, talk directly to studio representatives, and network with fellow participants in dedicated channels. This approach gave attendees unique, real-time ways to interact with companies and peers, which is especially valuable for remote and international talent.

This makes Quality Assurance – or QA for short – under a lot of pressure – they are expected to find all the bugs that might have creeped into the game. Testing games is both interesting and very difficult, which makes the role of a QA rewarding.
