In collaboration with New Bay Pharma, we identified a potent, orally bioavailable, small molecule PARP1 inhibitor. We present translational insights through multidisciplinary data integration to support the developability assessment and the rapid identification of a high-quality candidate (NB-0290) for preclinical development.
