The event highlighted Steve's journey, lessons he's learned, and how he's running a SaaS company, which inspired Rochester's future leaders.
October 24th: Advancing Health Equity?through AI & Contact Center Tech
Wilmac Technologies hosted a powerful discussion on how AI and contact center technology is driving a better patient experience. Expert panelists from Anthony L. Jordan Health Corporation , Rochester Regional Health , Five9 , and Wilmac explored how AI and CCaaS empower healthcare leaders to deliver accessible, efficient, and people-first care.
November 6th: Top 100 Triumph?
Wilmac Technologies proudly debuted at #14 on Rochester's Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies list! This incredible milestone reflects our team's dedication and hard work. A big thanks to the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce and congratulations to all honorees!
November 7th: GTACC Highlights?
The Wilmac Technologies team had a fantastic time at the GTACC Conference in Toronto, starting with a lively pre-conference happy hour. Ben Bowen joined a panel on AI and human intelligence, while the team showcased Continuity Replay's impact on creating centralized data management for customer interactions. His hands-on expertise in developing innovative solutions, particularly when it comes to addressing complex, labor-intensive problems, makes him a great fit for Wilmac Tech.?With a strong focus on securely managing user data and designing optimized, user-friendly experiences, Liang's skill set aligns perfectly with the forward-thinking work we do, including projects like Continuity Replay.
