After nearly eight years with our previous site – a lifetime in the fast-moving digital world – we’re thrilled to unveil a fresh, modern platform. With a sleek design, enhanced user experience, and significantly improved accessibility, our new website is so much more than a facelift. It’s a new foundation that will adapt and grow with us, helping us to better meet the needs of our clients now and in the future.

AI continues to be the talk of the town across all industries but how could it transform insurance and reinsurance? Well, we’ve already seen it revolutionising the sector through AI analysing datasets of wearable devices for personalised insurance policies and streamlining application processes and policy underwriting. Tools like natural language processing are being used to analyse medical records, while predictive analytics enable early detection of health issues, improving claims management and customer outcomes.??
AI is also helping advisers tailor their services, fostering better advisor-client relationships, and detecting fraud with sophisticated data analysis. AI is shifting the industry toward greater efficiency, precision, and customer-centricity.?
There are challenges and ethical considerations when using AI in insurance. Risks such as AI "hallucinations," where the technology produces incorrect or misleading outputs, and inherent biases in training data can undermine trust and accuracy. Deepfakes and the misuse of AI add another layer of complexity, emphasizing the need for regulation. The EU AI Act is a framework guiding safe and ethical AI deployment.???
