NOVELLA!

NOVELLA!

Manjula Srinivas a good friend of mine called me reading my book reviews in linked in and discussed with about the best book she read. The Boy, the mole, the fox and the Horse by Charlie Mackesy. Motivated by speech I ordered the book in Amazon. Book came home. My mother opened the package, and she said it looks like a kid's book... why did you order it?

Then I took the book and read it when I was travelling to office in the car. I only took half an hour to finish this book. This is the right book for Diversity! When we are a group of diverse people either in a discussion or project or meeting the outcome is beyond our imagination.

This book was not made to make you feel like another predictable animal of instinct, but instead it was made to make you feel seen as an individual soul. You are not the fox, nor the horse, nor the mole, nor the boy alone, but a combination of these, and then some.

The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse” by Charlie Mackesy is a beautifully illustrated book that tells the story of four unlikely friends: a boy, a mole, a fox, and a horse. Together, they embark on a journey of self-discovery and exploration, sharing profound truths about life along the way. The book delves into themes of friendship, courage, kindness, and love. Each character represents different aspects of these themes:

The Boy: Represents curiosity and the journey of understanding the world.

The Mole: Acts as a wise mentor, sharing insights and wisdom.

The Fox: Initially hesitant to trust, but gradually opens up, symbolizing the power of trust and bonds.

The Horse: Strong yet gentle, representing loyalty and love. Throughout their journey, they learn that home is not always a place but a feeling of belonging and a heartwarming and thought-provoking read, perfect for all ages.

A must have in all your collections of Books!
