In the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle, many individuals find themselves trapped in a cycle of dieting, often unknowingly hindering their metabolism.? The Pitfalls of Dieting

Clients frequently approach me with frustrations about their stagnant progress, attributing it to their diets and seeking further restrictions.? However, the focus shouldn’t solely be on removal; its about making the right additions.

Beyond Elimination

Instead of solely focusing on what to remove, the emphasis should shift towards incorporating nourishing whole foods into one’s diet & subtracting ultra processed foods; to support metabolic health.

Aware of what are the toxic foods exist in our daily life. Practice Mindful Eating.

The role of Whole Foods

Research shows that 88% of adults in America struggle with metabolic dysfunction.? I personally feel Malaysia is not exception to this figure as we all know obesity is a serious issue facing by Malaysia.? Not just obesity, but also other metabolic diseases like insulin resistance, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and cancer.

We can reverse this, by eliminate toxic food while emphasizing the importance of nutrient-dense whole food.


Why Whole Foods Matter

Our bodies don’t burn the calories from the food we consumed “directly” as you think. Metabolism is the conversion of food into energy that can be used to fuel various physiological function.? Without the right nutrients, the food doesn’t convert into energy. It gets stored as body fat instead.
