By capturing everything that interests me in Notion, I no longer need to stress about remembering it all, freeing my mind for more creative and productive thinking.

Summary
Notion has truly become my second memory, an extension of my cognitive processes. By offloading the burden of memory to this tool, I’ve freed up mental space for deeper thinking and creativity. Through journaling, weekly organization, and task management, I’ve built a system that supports both my personal growth and productivity. This journey has taught me that with the right tools and habits, anyone can unlock the full potential of their mind.
