Notification-"You've received a mail!"
Everyday our morning begins with checking up the notifications, and the mails get 'priority of opening higher than the other applications. The easy user mobile mailing applications, desktop applications and the websites make our work so easy. Just type the 'subject', 'body' and the receiver's address.
Does the work goes exactly the way we see? The 'type and send' approach? Or the work is rather more than what we see?
All the mailing service providers usually use two approaches, a mail function or a PHPMailer set of files. I personally recommend using a PHPMailer function while making a mailing appliaction. It simply has the codes in php, the server scripting language to make dynamic and efficient websites(as per the definations by W3Schools). The PHPMailer converts the user requests for updating the subject, sender's email address and the actual content to be added to the mail.
Nowadays many of the companie's website has their own mailing stations, where they receive mails from the people directly via their website, and surprisingly not each of the mail is replied personally, instead their smart applications reply.
A number of organisations are making their devices so smart that the mailing applications are being made using smart intelligent systems. They are using Artificial Intelligence to read the emails, get the major keywords from them and extract the meaning.
Once the meaning is understood by the intelligent applications, they communicate the best possible reply to the mail received. Companies like Google and LinkedIn has already implemented such smart recognizing systems on their applications. Every time we receive an email on our mobile application, a code runs behind and generates the possible reply to that. A similar type of procedure is being followed in LinkedIn messaging application.
It's right to say, "Be careful, somebody knows everything"
