For contracts extending beyond six months, ITSync has taken a significant step to ensure the well-being of our consultants. In the event that a client decides to terminate an employment agreement prematurely, ITSync consultants will now benefit from a one-month notice period. This initiative is designed to provide our consultants with ample time to transition and plan their next steps.

Similarly, to maintain a balance of commitment and flexibility, consultants wishing to leave their placement before the end of an active contract are required to provide the same one-month (30 days) notice. This policy fosters a fair and transparent environment for both our consultants and clients. It is important to note that this policy applies exclusively to contracts that have a duration of more than seven months. Contracts of a shorter duration are not covered under this new notice period framework.

Additionally, we acknowledge the importance of compatibility in any professional engagement. Therefore, during the first month of employment — which is regarded as a probation period — both the client (placed company), the employer (ITSync), and the consultant (you) retain the right to dissolve the partnership without any cause or notice period. This approach ensures that all parties have the flexibility to make informed decisions about their professional relationships.
