Nothing...

Greetings in The Mighty Name of Jesus, The Christ!!!

“Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.”

Psalm 83:1

Brothers and Sisters there are times when The God that we serve will be Silent, will Do Nothing and allow us to go through the enemy’s camp and even suffer. This does not mean that God does not Love us but it is a Trying Of Our Faith in Him. It is through these times that either God can become Closer to us in our Relationship or it can draw us away because of no answer.

It can be a time that God wants or needs you to Build Relationships or to let you know that you are not alone, that He Is There. It can be a time that you must examine yourself, examining your Relationship with God. It can be the most Deafening Sound that speaks so loud that you must not listen to it, but know that Jesus is Your Lord, He Is Your Savior in His Time. There is no one alive that enjoys pain and suffering but they are needful for so many reasons that we, being in the flesh, cannot comprehend, but walk having Faith In Jesus that He is with us.

There is another reason that there can be Silence, there is Nothing, there is No Answer… our sins.

“1 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: 2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid [his] face from you, that he will not hear.”

Isaiah 59:1-2

Brothers and Sisters we need to have the Understanding that God The Father, God The Son and God The Holy Spirit will not tolerate sin to be a part of our lives. We cannot say one thing and turn and do something else that goes against the first. God calls this Double Minded.

“A double minded man [is] unstable in all his ways.”

James 1:8

“Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse [your] hands, [ye] sinners; and purify [your] hearts, [ye] double minded.”

James 4:8

We must be Stable in our Belief…that is…Jesus Is Lord Of OUR LIVES! Can you imagine when God was silent for 400 Years. During that time there had to be times of doubt, times of not knowing where God was. Here is a God that you have trusted and now in your time of need He Is Silent! I Hear in the Spirit, let those thing that Can Be Shaken, let them be Shaken and be No More.

“25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more [shall not] we [escape], if we turn away from him that [speaketh] from heaven: 26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. 27 And this [word], Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: 29 For our God [is] a consuming fire.”

Hebrews 12:25-29

Our Faith is not based on Jesus Preforming for Us, Our Faith is one of Trust when there is Nothing, when there is Silence, knowing that Jesus Loves us and that even though you may not See Him, you may not Feel His Presents, you know that He is there through this time of Trial.

“9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. 10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle [you]. 11 To him [be] glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.”

1 Peter 5:9-11

Brothers and Sisters all of us go through times of Nothing, times of Silence and these are the times we must Stand In Our Faith no matter what we See or what we Hear or whatever we are going Through…Jesus Is Lord!!!

Now we do have a recourse, that is, a Godly Solution. Call a Brother or Sister let them know what you are going through, let them Pray for you, on your behalf seek The Lord Jesus. This does not mean you are Weak In God, this does not mean that you Have Sinned is why Jesus has not answered, but it fulfills Scripture that we are to come together and seek The Lord Jesus.

“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

Matthew 18:20

“Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”

James 5:16

 “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;”

Ephesians 6:18

We need to lift one another up in Fervent Prayer, especial when there is Nothing being received of The Lord Jesus concerning a matter. Jesus never intended us to be alone, but that we Love One Another by Communication, by Prayer thinking of others before yourself. Unless God Reveals or someone speaks, we will never know what someone is going through and we could become devastated by the Nothing, the Silence that we hear.

“34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. 35 By this shall all [men] know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.”

John 13:34-35

The Nothing, Silence, does mean something to God and we should embrace it holding fast to The Faith In Jesus continuing to do what we need to do in these times.

The Silence Of Nothing can be ear piercing…
