NOTHING GOES UNPAID

I have been working so hard…

I have bought so many successes for companies…

I have bought so many positive changes to the team…

I have sacrificed many holidays and personal time behind company

BUT; Management is not looking after me; they are not promoting me, they are not appreciating me, they don’t even acknowledge my contribution…

Seems very common scenario, right?

Now question is what to do in such situation?

Well there is a nature’s low that is “Nothing goes unpaid in this world”. Your present employer/leaders may not recognize or appreciate your contribution but eventually your efforts will be paid off.

If it’s in your fate then you would be surprised to see where it is coming from!

I could give you some examples:

An employee was very disappointed on how his manager was treating him and he thought there is no hope for him. So, he started to look for opportunity outside but he was not getting appropriate opportunities to consider and started to lose his self-esteem. He was honest enough to never neglect his current jobs and kept on his good works. Eventually his manager left the organization and a new Manger came in and recognized his contributions to the organization and in return to his contribution he was promoted!

This same person; though he was promoted but the time it took him to move to next position was high and when he would compare himself with his peers, he would understand that he lacked behind by a year or two. One fine day he got a call from HR of an MNC with a better position and facility, though he was not actively looking for opportunity at that time but he decided to attain that interview. Later, he got selected for the position and joined new organization.

Another example; a friend was very honest and hard worker; he devoted his precious time and effort to his team and organization. He had a supportive team leader and his leader also appreciated his effort and was trying to promote him but could not as there were a bottleneck at that organization thus every time, he was just getting a smart increment and bold thank you but his career was not developing. Suddenly he got an offer from one of his senior Ex-colleagues and shifted with a good position and remuneration.

Now if you consider above three scenarios then you will see that in none of that cases the opportunity came from an expected source, but it came.

One thing was common in all the case was all of them were honest to their jobs and despite of the situation or their mindset they never neglected their responsibilities or task they were assigned to.

The message that I am trying to convey here is, whether you are disappointed with your present task or responses of you senior, manager or the organization itself; please don’t lose hope, please don’t let it affect your self-esteem keep on doing your good work, keep on contributing to the team and organization. You have no idea where from almighty will reward you for your good deeds. People or the organization might act unfair but almighty is fair and just and will reward you with what you deserve.

YOUR GOOD WORKS WILL NOT GET UNNOTICED OR UNPAID IN THE END…
