I was planning to talk about swimming pools today, but I need to update you on our market conditions instead. A home that recently came on the market had as many as a dozen showings within the first hour. That home went on to have, I’m told, around 30 offers. Despite inflation, rising interest rates, and the war in Ukraine, nothing seems to be affecting this strong market.
