I left my last position because I wanted to break free from a toxic culture that prioritized maintaining traditional power structures and fear over personal growth and professional development.

In my career journey from a small, unnamed IT company in the outsourcing sector to one of the biggest banks in the country, I encountered the pervasive 'lads' mindset. This mindset often overshadowed knowledge and potential, instead valuing unquestioning admiration for authority figures. Failing to express such admiration, or not having a family, marked one as an outsider, a 'wrong man' with 'wrong thoughts'. Moreover, refusing to exploit those in lower positions branded you as a 'wrong lad'.

This outdated mentality, reminiscent of the 90s, persisted in behaviors and habits, fostering a culture of getting more by contributing less and maintaining silence out of fear of perceived enemies. In every workplace, the separation between 'lords' and 'slaves' was evident, and there was a growing acceptance that this was 'normal'. Threats, both subtle and overt, were common, reinforcing compliance and the dominance of process over results. In such an environment, genuine professional growth was stifled by the priority placed on maintaining control and self-importance.

I believe in focusing on results and fostering growth for myself and those I lead. However, this often conflicted with the priorities of those above me, who were more concerned with maintaining the status quo. In a non-democratic setting, the process mattered more than the outcome, and alignment with the 'official truth' was more important than achieving meaningful results.

When goals are empty, the main objective becomes asserting dominance over others, leading to a culture of power and fear. Such an environment destroys people's minds and stifles creativity and growth. Adapting to this fear-based mentality can turn anyone into a monster, normalizing destructive behaviors and ultimately harming individuals, communities, and the entire country.

I chose to leave because I did not want to be part of this destructive cycle. I want to create something new and better every day. The main question for me is: what legacy do I want to leave behind? Am I building my ego or contributing something meaningful? We all have hidden evils in our minds, and if we don't look ahead and strive for better, these will eventually destroy us.

In summary, I left because I want to grow, innovate, and contribute positively, rather than be part of a system that prioritizes power and fear over progress and humanity.

What number of demons will be wait you near your bed when your time will come? Demons or ghosts -no matter. Really no matter. Our life is unlimited story from failing till raising and in back direction. And this didn’t going one after second. It’s main majesty, main question. And truth in end certainly will be truth. But it’s will be no matter because it’s meaning only end.

??Hardest depression. Wrong people near and around.?The winner and the loser, but mostly – a loser. But… in one key moment the man who are can been ???a bigger that he was been before this moment. ?Ant he to get this chance ?and acknowledged it.

Deal not in that what kind of time did you busted on the wrong people, deal in the next - when you understand this fact.

Because when you will start understand this you, eventually, will start to move you destiny on forward. Understanding. Peoples around -make you view and your destiny and in most of moments they are don't care about you. And it will be one of this demons who will stolen your time and blame you by lying words
