Notes from the Road

Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of spending time with my Catalent colleagues at many sites across our global network. While visiting these sites, I am always struck by the energy, collaboration and strong sense of pride among our teams. With sites in different parts of the world with different customs and cultures, one thing is constant: the dedication and passion of our team members to deliver high-quality medicines for patients. Across multiple modalities and businesses, Catalent’s nearly 17,000 employees serve approximately 1,200 customers across biotech, pharma and consumer care. ?They are all focused on delivering an unparalleled customer experience, which in the end means innovative products reaching the patients who need them.?

During my visits I was grateful to be able to meet with employees about our next chapter and answer questions they have about our pending transaction with Novo Holdings . Since the announcement of the transaction, all of us at Catalent have remained focused on ensuring that a reliable and high-quality supply of products is available for the patients that need them. As a result, Catalent has continued to experience strong levels of new business wins across our offerings, and I am thankful to our teams across the globe for their dedication and focus.

I look forward to the opportunities ahead for our company and our people, and the growth we can achieve together. Thanks to the dedication of our team members, Catalent has been able to contribute to some of the most significant health care challenges.? We have come a long way, but in many ways, we are just getting started.
