The Dangote Refinery is a $12 billion refinery project and the largest single investment made on the African continent by a single person, also the most pricey industrial complex in Africa, if not the entire globe. With a daily capacity of up to 650,000 barrels, the Dangote Refinery will be the biggest single-train refinery in the world, producing up to 12,000 MW of electricity. It is expected to create 10,000 jobs and improve the standard of living for Nigerians. This makes it a tourist attraction and having it located within Epe is a major pride for the residents of Epe.?
