Notes From AD North American Meeting

I just returned from the Affiliated Distributors (AD) North American meeting held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center.? To say that I’m proud that Broner Glove and Safety is one of over 50 independent distributors that make up the AD Safety Network division is an understatement.? ?Last week: our division joined the Industrial and Safety Division, and our supplier partners in Colorado for the four-day conference.? Together we had close to 1000 people discussing business, products, solution-based selling, and best practices in distribution.?

A key component of the conference is the “Networks”.? All the member distributors are paired with similar companies in non-competing markets – in groups of about 8 or so.? This allows the discussions to get intimate and personal as we discuss the challenges and opportunities that we each face running our businesses.? Here is a huge shout out to Network 221, our leader Loren Rivkin , and our “special weapon” as well as our administrator, Allison Adams .? I don’t want to list all the members for fear I’d leave someone out.? But I appreciate all of the comments.
