The love notes are the real gift.  To feel the pressure from the pen, the smudge from a hand, a crease from being in a pocket...it's as close as the women will get to touching their deployed service member.  These are not merely 1,000 notes.  These are individual women - from sisters to grandmas, wives, moms and more. The rock at home.
