Healing the Nose and Sinuses
Exercise to Stimulate the Nose and Sinuses.
- Gently massage the exterior of the ear in a clockwise, circular motion for 30 seconds.
- Firmly press on the lung point of the ear for 30 seconds. Small pellets or seeds affixed with tape can be pressed to stimulate ear points.
- Firmly press on the nose point of the ear for 30 seconds.
Tongue
The tongue projections for the nose and sinuses are the same as they are for the lungs.
