Completed Projects
Ray Dolby Centre, Department of Physics at the University of Cambridge
Designed by Jestico + Whiles and constructed by Bouygues UK in partnership with executive design partners NBBJ and BDP, he Ray Dolby Centre - the new home of Cavendish Laboratory, Department of Physics at the University of Cambridge, has now been completed.
As part of Norwood £2,6 million package, we provided the following:
People Hub, AstraZeneca
We are proud to have recently completed works at AstraZeneca helping to create a new state-of-the-art People Hub, compliant with GMP standards.
As part of Norwood’s architectural package, we installed new walls, glazing, glazed doors and circular acoustic baffles, working with the appointed main contractor BGEN.
This project aimed to replace the outdated Pharmaceutical Production Building, which accounted for 7.5% of the Campus' energy consumption, thereby supporting AstraZeneca's Ambition Zero Carbon programme.
The new facility comprises GMP change facilities for 500 people, as well as a café and collaboration spaces on the ground floor. The first floor is equipped with office and touchdown workspaces, meeting rooms and a new network data hub.

Cyber Essentials Plus Certification
We are delighted to announce that we are now Cyber Essentials Plus certified!
The certification provides assurance that our company meets rigorous standards to protect against cyber threats, ensuring that our operations and clients’ data are safeguarded with the highest level of security.
The certification is supported by the UK government and overseen by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). It aims to encourage organisations to adopt good practices in information security.
