Changes to the Integration Act in Norway ?

According to Schengen News Reports, Norway has announced updates to the Integration Act to facilitate the integration of more foreign workers in the country. The new changes aim to increase job orientation and expand the program to more immigrants.

Under the new program, candidates must complete a minimum of 15 hours of work-related activities every week to be considered ready for the job market. The program is extended to people aged between 55 and 60 years and aims to provide more opportunities for aged immigrants to migrate and work in Norway.

The government is also planning to increase the formal education period for international students by one year. This move aims to support refugees in completing upper secondary education and taking vocational courses to increase their employment possibilities. ?
