We've established two primary channels for collecting your feedback. Firstly, our post-call survey provides a quick and easy way to share your thoughts, taking less than 30 seconds. Your feedback is immediately reviewed by our leadership support team, enabling us to address any concerns promptly and proactively.?

Unlike some companies where feedback goes unanswered, we take a different approach. Every piece of feedback we receive is carefully reviewed, addressed, and used to identify actionable improvements to enhance your experience. We appreciate your commitment to completing our post-call surveys as you interact with our team each day.?

In addition to our daily surveys, we conduct bi-annual Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys. These surveys offer a more comprehensive insight into your overall experience, spotlighting our strengths and areas where we can grow. Our first VOC survey of the year will be launched in May, and we eagerly anticipate your active participation.?

ESOP Conference

Earlier this month, teams from various divisions within the Brin family of companies came together at the?Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter of The ESOP Association?for the Spring Chapter Conference. It was an enriching experience as we delved deeper into the essence of being Employee Owners, broadening our understanding and strengthening our commitment.
