Northern Virginia Real Estate’s Latest Numbers

I have a quick update for you on the Northern Virginia real estate market. Our median sale price at the end of June was $603,000. This is up 14.9% from 2020 and flat from May 2021. New listings are up by 36% year-over-year, while pendings are up 10.7% in the same time period. It’s too early to see if our market is shifting or not, but we’re certainly keeping an eye on it.
