The Northern Army
'Woe to the obstinate children,' declares the LORD, 'to those who carry out plans that are not mine, allying, but not by my Spirit, heaping sin upon sin; who go down to Egypt without consulting me; who look for help to Pharaoh's protection, to Egypt's shade for refuge. But Pharaoh's protection will be to your shame, Egypt's shade will bring you disgrace. Though they have officials in Zoan and their envoys have arrived in Hanes, everyone will be put to shame because of a people useless to them, who bring neither help nor advantage, but only shame and disgrace (Isaiah 30:1-5).
- Happy 1st of Adar to the chosen people of Almighty Hashem, God of Jacob. Then Queen Esther answered, 'If I have found favor with you, Your Majesty, and if it pleases you, grant me my life-this is my petition. And spare my people-this is my request. For me and my people and have been sold to be destroyed, killed, and annihilated. If we had merely been sold as male and female slaves, I would have kept quiet, because no such distress would justify disturbing the king. King Xerxes asked Queen Esther, 'Who is he? Where is he – the man who has dared to do such a thing?' Esther said, 'An adversary and enemy! This vile man! (Esther 7: 3-6). Haman was impaled on the 23m gallows that he had set up to kill Mordecai, and he planned to massacre the Jews. As we prepare for the Purim celebration in fulfillment, let us remember to never abuse God’s grace and mercy over our sinful selves. It is not by power nor by might but by the power of Yeshua our Lord God Sabaoth who avenges us and strengthens us in battle.
- With one mind they plot together; they ally against you – the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moab and the Hagrites, Byblos, Ammon and Amalek, Philistia, with the people of Tyre. Even Assyria joined them to reinforce Lot's descendants. Do to them as you did to Midian, as you did to Sisera and Jabin at the River Kishon, who perished at Endor and became like dung on the ground. Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna, who said, ‘Let us take possession of the pasture-lands of God.’(Psalm 83:5-12). May they ever be ashamed and dismayed; may they perish in disgrace. Let them know that you, whose name is the LORD – that you alone are the Highest over all the earth. (Psalm 83:17-18).
The red horses
- Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain. (Deuteronomy 25:4) In the last article; Shaking the foundations, Holy Spirit led us to seek out the red horses pulling chariots in Zechariah 6:1-8. We know that when we ask for wisdom, God gives it in abundance to His glory and praise. Jeremiah 33:3 is the promise of knowledge with an understanding of the hidden things of our Creator. An army has ravaged the world for years, bringing war and turmoil to mapped parts of the earth. This army is driven by passion and loyalty to its cause and has been unrivaled since the Mongol invasions and conquests during the 13th and 14th centuries creating history’s largest contiguous empire.

- Then the LORD reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, ‘I have put my words in your mouth. See today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.’ The word of the LORD came to me: ‘What do you see, Jeremiah?’ ‘I see the branch of an Almond tree,’ I replied. The LORD said to me, ‘You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled.’ The word of the LORD came to me again: ‘What do you see?’ ‘I see a pot that is boiling,’ I answered. ‘It is tilting towards us from the north.’ The LORD said to me, ‘From the north disaster will be poured out on all who live in the land. I am about to summon all the peoples of the northern kingdoms declares the LORD.
- ‘Their kings will come and set up their thrones in the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem; they will come against all her surrounding walls and against all the towns of Judah. I will pronounce judgments on my people because of their wickedness in forsaking me, in burning incense to other gods, and in worshipping what their hands have made. 'Get yourself ready! Stand up and say to them whatever I command you. Do not be terrified by them, or I will terrify you before them. Today I have made you a fortified city, an iron pillar, and a bronze wall to stand against the whole land- against the kings of Judah, its officials, its priests, and the people of the land. They will fight against you but will not overcome you, for I am with you and will rescue you,' declares the LORD. (Jeremiah 1:9-17)
Strategy
- The righteous will see and fear; they will laugh at you, saying, 'Here now is the man who did not make God his stronghold but trusted in his great wealth and grew strong by destroying others!' (Psalm 52:6-7). If the leaders of the tribes honor God, then those they lead will honor and fear God our Creator, and in turn blessings instead of curses will overflow within each territory. Africa is sitting on endless security councils that are not offering any solution to its root problems. Seek out the ancient ways and walk in them.
- The ongoing wars and ever-intensifying famine in Africa are a call to change the ways we have always done things. We cannot continue on the path that we have been walking on, we can not continue to follow behind leadership that is blinded by greed and self-righteousness; like sheep being blindly led to slaughter.
- We have entered the season of judgment, unless you guard your salvation with fear and trembling, then you shall perish in the worst way imaginable. See now, the LORD Almighty is about to take from Jerusalem and Judah both supply and support: all supplies of food and all supplies of water, the hero and the warrior, the judge and the prophet, the diviner and the elder, the captain of fifty and the man of rank, the counselor, skilled craftsman, and clever enchanter. (Isaiah 3:1-3)
Conclusion
- Those that have been anointed and set apart to birth the NEW THING, continue under His divine and sufficient grace. Let us continue to build with joy and gladness. When in doubt, ask for wisdom as there is an abundant supply through Yeshua Hamashiac our Christ. As we celebrate the Jubilee, let us continue to seek Holy Spirit to keep us in complete alignment with the will of the LORD.
- The northern army I will drive away from you, banishing it to barren and desolate land, its front ranks into the Eastern Sea, and its rear guard into the Western Sea. And its stench will rise; its foul odor will ascend. For He has done great things. Do not be afraid, O land; rejoice and be glad, for the LORD has done great things. (Joel 2:20-27).
- The LORD takes his place in court; He rises to judge the people. The LORD enters into judgment against the elders and leaders of his people: 'It is you that has ruined my vineyard; the plunder from the poor is in your houses. What do you mean by crushing my people and grinding the faces of the poor?' declares the LORD, the LORD Almighty.
- Ezekiel 39:1-2 Gog's Army will also have their day. The valley of Hamon Gog will be in fulfillment of the destruction of Gog and all his hordes. Africa should not pick sides in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, obey, fear, and honor the will of the LORD. Please read Ezekiel 39:1-29.
