We identified (12) sales of similar apartment buildings that sold within a one-mile radius over the past year. The other building in the area sold from $21,800/unit to $88,000/unit with an average sale price per unit of $48,024.
The sale price of $85,000/unit we were able to help our client achieve is 76% greater than the $46,024/unit average sale price in the area.
