North Korea in Africa

Back in the late 1970’s, in the financial town of a well known European country, I gathered almost 70 percent of the government from a diamond producing country of Africa.
They were our guests at the posh Dolder Grand hotel.
During conversations, we realized that vital information were exchanged about the involvement of NOKO in their country.
We called who it was necessary to arrange a debriefing of those public officials on what we learned.
The meeting was arranged on a Sunday morning, at the Embassy to the country we were in.
Our Africans guests, Finance Minister, National Bank Governor etc., were brought to the basement of the Embassy to repeat what we thought were important informations at the time.
Most of the morning served to the debriefing of the delegation.
NOKO was heavily involved in that African country.
The rest is history.
