Which term best suits the times we live in, in your view?

Nasscom's annual report, “Strategic Review 2023 - Priming for a 'No Normal” Future,” says “the VUCA world continues to exist, and we are witness to a “No Normal Future””.

So most of us live in the “No Normal” world unless you are a shaman or occult practitioner who lives in a paranormal world?

First major shift we saw as content creators is the decline of blogs / long form content, and rise of podcasting and video blogging besides microblogging of course.

Story plot and storytelling process still remain at the centre of all forms of content. An Australian friend asked me, “Do you plan to change the name of Bloggers Alliance?” I replied, “Microblogging, video blogging or audio blogging it is still blogging. We are “United by Blogging””

Long back I had written a blog, which talked about how basics will always remain the same. Passion, Storytelling and of course common sense will be the key drivers of success, at least in creative domains. I argued that the best SEO technique is still putting yourself in the customer’s shoes to understand what customer is searching for, and they are the best keywords.

As my former coach says, “To navigate complexity, we must hold on to our core”. Our core will remain the anchor in the turbulent, VUCA times.
