November 17 - 18: Slush 2022 – Helsinki
Slush is the world’s leading startup event bringing the global startup ecosystem under one roof. This year, Nordic Innovation House Silicon Valley , Singapore and Tokyo will jointly organise an official side event on November 17, the first day of Slush 2022 in Helsinki. Stay tuned for more details in September.
October 25 - 28: Swedish Agri-Food Tech Delegation to Singapore
Business Sweden in Singapore invites Swedish agri-food tech companies to participate in an Agri-tech delegation focused on business opportunities and ecosystem partnerships within the agriculture and food technology sector in Singapore. The delegation will take place during the Agri-Food Tech Expo Asia 2022 supported by Temasek, Singapore Food Agency (SFA), Economic Development Board (EDB), Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and Singapore Tourism Board (STB). October 19 - 22: Gamescom Asia?
Nordic gaming companies will be in Singapore during October to meet industry partners for investment, publication, and outsourcing needs. There will be a four-day programme including a showcase at Gamescom Asia , Suntec Convention Centre, 20- 22 October. September 20: 5G – The Nordic Approach and the Future of Society?
Nordic Business Associations' joint event on 5G aims to share insights on various dimensions and impacts of 5G on our society. Learn about Singapore’s perspective on 5G by keynote speaker Chuen Hong Lew, CEO of Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), and hear from Nordic representatives - Ericsson, Telenor, Nokia, Singtel, and Aalto Executive Education Academy on the multi-dimensional aspects of 5G with a specific focus on technology, people, industry, sustainability, and skills. For the Singapore Acceleration program funded by Enterprise Singapore and Vinnova Sweden, the first OKR workshops were held in Singapore during 23 - 29 August. Each of these Singapore scaleups has been handpicked and selected to go through the program that has three phases, with the final phase taking place in Stockholm in November. The scaleups will be leveraging this program to strengthen their value propositions for global expansion and through Stockholm as a stepping stone towards Europe and the Nordics.
