2 个月Urgent Complaint I purchased a brand-new PlayStation 5 console from noon, and the included controller has a serious joystick issue, making it unresponsive and unusable. After reaching out to Ms. Raghad from Noon ONE customer support, I was met with unhelpfulness and no reference number for my concern. I called again and spoke with Maged, who shockingly informed me that my return was rejected despite the item being in its original packaging. Even worse, there was no acknowledgment of the faulty controller! I raised a formal complaint (Reference #7601887) and received no response. Instead, the delivery representative carelessly dropped the device at my doorstep without any communication. Now, I’m left with a damaged product and no solution.
