Nonwoven Pan(Polyacrylonitrile) Reinforcement DymIsolation Mat

Brief

PAN(Polyacrylonitrile) DymIsolation Mat made by randomly dispersed PAN(Polyacrylonitrile) surfacing veil, chopped glass fiber, woven roving., etc. Two or multi-type materials made by needle punched together.

There is no stitching yarn or chemical binder on the whole mat surface.

CHARACTERITICS

PAN DymIsolation mat meets Pultrusion, Infusion Vacuum, RTM., etc.

  • Thickness from: 1.6 to 8 mm.
  • Total weight from: 330 to 630 g/m2.
  • Width from:1250 to 2800mm or sub multiple cut.
  • Application in Truck fairings, RV parts, nacell shell, automotive parts, industrial compenents, etc.

COMPONENTS

  • First layer: Polyacrylonitrile surfacing veil weight 20-120 g/m2.
  • Second layer: fiberglass yarn by 50mm randomly dispersed as a mat.
  • Third layer: Polyacrylonitrile surfacing veil weight 20-120 g/m2.
  • Total weight from: 360, 410, 660g/m2.
  • Total combined mat with no stitching yarn.
  • Width from: 50, 200, 250 to 2600mm or sub multiple cut.

DYMISOLATION – PAN

  • First layer: PAN(Polyacrylonitrile) surfacing veil weight 20-120 g/m2.
  • Second layer: fiberglass yarn by 50mm randomly dispersed as a mat from 300-900g/m2.
  • Third layer: PAN(Polyacrylonitrile) surfacing veil weight 20-120 g/m2.

ADVANTAGES

  • Easy wet out and fast impregnation.
  • No stitching yarn and glass fibre line.
  • Excellent properties in FRP surface: bright and smooth.
  • Excellent surface effect than using chopped strand mat.
