Your to-do list is like an emotional roller coaster
As you scan your endless to-do list, your emotions shift from overwhelm to anxiety, annoyance, and doubt, leaving you feeling discouraged. Back in the day where I was a non-profit founder and executive director, and even in my business now, is procrastinating and managing my energy in a high pressure environment, which is the reality for founders and leaders. Personally I like visual reminders, and I give myself stickers when I have knocked something out.
