"Nonfiction that Reads Like a Trashy Paperback Novel"
My son, Laken, shared a link with me yesterday to an article in the Los Angeles Times that he described as "Nonfiction that reads like a trashy paperback novel." He is an eighteen year old man/child, so I was not really sure how much experience he had with trashy paperback novels, but I figured I would give it a read. He was right! This true story has it all - sex, drugs, crime, and at the center of it all, a PTA mom and a couple of nasty lawyers who thought they were smart enough to commit the "perfect crime."
Anyway, it is long, but well worth the time, so I thought I would share the link to Christopher Goffard's six-part article in case some of you might enjoy a little bedtime reading.
